BNF grammar specification for VBA available?

Dear Colleagues,

I'm developing a language transformation system that will produce
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) code fragments from logic
theorems. The system will be implemented using Reasoning System's
( http://www.*-*-*.com/ ) Software Refinery.

I need a grammar specification for VBA, perhaps in BNF style. Can you
direct me to a (preferably free :-) source?

Thank you very much.
