My application is written in VB 4.0 16 Bit and everything works fine under
US Windows 95. However, when I run this same application under French
Windows 95 (or even US Windows 95 with French settings) I start gettting
this error "438: Object does not support property or method".

I have called Microsoft Tech Support several times and some of them say
that I have to use the French version of VB to compile my application and
some others say that I only need to get some DLLs. Do you have any idea as
to what is the correct approach. I don't want to spend $995 for the
Enterprise Edition and thne realize that the thing does not work
