I need help in programming a VB 4.0 16-bit
application. I am looking for a function that
would tell me the date and time of
the last modification of a file. (in my case it's
a log-file).

There is a Win-API function "GetFileTime" that
uses the lib kernel32.dll. Is there a similar
function for a 16-bit system, that
would do the same job?
I couldn't find the declaration in the
win31api.txt-file, so I don't think
the Windows3.1 dll's contain this function.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
