No matter what I try, I can't get the WSAAsyncGetHostByName API call
to wsock32.dll (32-bit ver. of winsock.dll) to work.  I've tried using
a modified version of the 16-bit winsock.bas file (replacing all
winsock.dll references with wsock32.dll).  

Does *anyone* have a *good* description of the information that needs
to be passed to wsock32.dll or a working example they could show/send
to me?

I don't have any problem calling GetHostByName, but I want to use
non-blocking calls...  

Yes, I'm using VB Pro 4.0.
