Would someody please shed some light on specifically what I should do
with this posting? I've tried decoding "Base64" files from sveveral
different sources with several different method, and none seem to
work. I need someone to spell out, step by step, what they did to get
the file(s) out of this post. I'm running an IBM Clone w/ WinFWG
3.11, so either DOS or Windows solutions are fine.
