Ive done a search of the whole help for JPG and JPEG but it seems I can only LOAD JPEG and GIF pictures.
I would like to save a Bitmap picture or image as a JPG or GIF.
Please suggest how.

I agree free is good, but if you're a developer looking at having to buy a control, Softuarium is a bargin.
