Programming radio card and tv card

It seems to me that the best source of information on how to control the
tuner card
programatically would be the manufacturer. I took a quick pass over their
web-site
which clearly says that the 600TV card *can* be controlled that way.
Unhappily, I was unable to down load the manuals from the support section to
see
if there was any useful information there.
I would >guess< that there's a DLL file that supports an API to control the
device.
