 FORTRAN subroutines in Visual Basic

Is it possible to integrate fortran subroutines
in Visual Basic.

The way to do this is by making a dynamic linked library (dll)  from the
routines written in Fortran, assuming we are talking 32 bit. The latest
verstion of Fortran by MS certainly can do this.
