IconEdit - (Customize Your Desktop)

IconEdit lets you create and modify Windows 95 desktop icons and rescales
them as needed. Runs under NT 3.51 or higher.

The address is: ftp://ftp.zdnet.com Use the word anonymous as your log-on
name and any of your e-mail addresses as the password.

The complete URL is: ftp://ftp.zdnet.com/pcmag/1997/0624/v16n12.zip.
To download now: v16n12.zip. The utility and archive are compressed with
PKZIP, Version 2.04.
