Error "321" -- Invalid File Format

Help!!!
When my client runs my 16bit VB app compiled in VB4.0,  He gets
Run-time error "123" Invalid file format...  right before the initial
form appears.

Yes, I have deleted all old VBX's from his windows\system directory.
Weird thing is -- It works on my windows 3.1 machine here at home..

Any Suggestions welcome..

Thanks,  Chuck

Charles:

I seem to remember seeing an article in the knowledgebase about this.
If I remember rightly, it has something to do with loading bitmaps
that are > 16 colours.  If you search the knowlegebase at microsoft
(www.microsoft.com), you should find a solution.

Sorry I couldn't be more precise.

You might also check the memory on the machine if it's WinNT.  I would get file format errors among
other things after about 15-30 minutes if I ran my 16-bit VB4.0 app on anything less than 24 MB.
