i need to make a toolwindow that can be minimized [borderstyle 4 cant
not even using API calls]. It can't appear in the taskbar [i want it just
shrink to bar on the bottom, and i want it to stay on top of its/a parent
[and minimize into into it] ala "SetWindowWord(Me.hWnd, -8,
frmMain.hWnd)"... just doing the setwinword with the borderstyle 4
is just about it but i need a min box too
