I am trying to send Alt-Z keystroke to a DOS application running in a
window.  Any ideas?

This is an article on this subject. It is about VB3.0 but I don't see
anything that you would have to change.

        The explanation in the article allows to send text, but not Alt,
Ctrl, Del or other keys that are not text or can't be on the clipboard.
