 Problem Compiling Under Windows 95

I was successfully running a Visual Basic v4.0 (Professional edition) program
under windows 3.11.  I upgraded my computer to windows 95; reinstalled VB (16
bit); tried recompiling my program; and  got the error "Library not found".
The compiler does not like my using the functions "CurDir" or "Date".  I also
tried this using the 32 bit version of VB, but I got the same error.

Can anyone clue me into what's happening here?

Thanks in advance for the help!
