my new program should play Mp3 Files, now i need an Active-X, but i dont konw where i can get it (for commercial-use).
Or is there a nother way??? (using the Windows MediaPlayer (MSEXCH35.dll) doesn't work)

Is it because MSEXCH35 is not mediaplayer's DLL ? :) MSDXM.OCX is. You just set it's filename property and either have autoplay set to true, or use it's .Play method.
