I am having difficulty in using the api calls to RAS.  I joined the
Microsoft Developer Network and found the api calls but they are for C.  
I have tried to use different parameter types but I keep getting GPFs.  
Has anyone be able to use RAS from VB.

I called the MSDN incident support line and used one of my incidents to
find out that Microsoft can not help me because they have never called
RAS from VB.  They know it can be done but they do not know how.  They
refered me to post a message on Compuserve and internet.
