 Getting a PID, VB 4.0 32-bit, NT, Shell function

Maybe if you launch with CreateProcess, you can use the process handle to kill
it.  See KB article "How to Determine When a Shelled 32-bit Process Has
Terminated", Article ID: Q129796.
