I have a form that talks out of the COM port, while it does I show a custom
cursor that was created with imagedit (included on the CD of VB4
Professional).  At run time, when I preform the steps that produce my custom
cursor, it appears as Black and White - it was created as a 16 color cursor
with NO black or White colors at all!

Why does this happen, and how can I fix it?
