I SERIOUSLY need help. I recently wrote a CD Player using Microsoft's
Multimedia Control 5.0 (AKA MCI Control) and made myself a niftgy little
counter to display what track the cd is on with the current code in a timer
with the interval set to 500 (half a second):

TrackNum.Caption = MMControl1.Track

That works fine when you manually start a track by selecting it wigth the
Next and Prev buttions. But, when yoyu play a track (like track 1) and the
track finishes, and it plays the next track (track 2) the TrackNum.Caption
still says 1, even when track 2 is playing. Does anybody know how to set it
so it doesn't do that????

...... It has no relation to the current track.

So, use the Position property instead.
