 threed.vbx in 16-bit VB 4.0

I have several VB projects in win 95 VB 3.0 format that I want to work on
in VB 4.0.
I don't want to work with threed16.ocx because it gives me an error message
in
runtime that it needs a lisence and sometimes it causes crashes (OLE
automation
error). so I want to keep working with threed.vbx, but the problem is that
when I
open the project in VB 4.0 I get a message asking me if I want to upgrade
threed.vbx.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this message without having a
threed16.ocx
in the windows system directory ?

thanks, Hadas.

Hello,

I believe all you need to do is to remove the threed.vbx entry the
VBX Conversions16 section of  vb.ini.

I don't know why you should have a problem with the ocx though.
