Have a Win 2000 box with Visual Studio 6.0 installed.
What issues will I encounter when I attempt to install the .NET framework on the same machine?

Visual Studio 6.0 and .NET Framework Issues?
I haven't experienced any problems. You may want to consider making any distributions on a separate box (without .NET) though to avoid sending any non-distributable components.
