HI,
In 32-bit vb 4.0, I was able to place a text box in a form and was able to
enter both english and russian(cyrillic) characters on the same text box
by simply change the language option with Left-Alt-Shift key in windows 95.

But in 16-bit of vb4.0, this just doesn't work.  No matter how many times
I try to place a simple text box and set the font property to arial
cyrillic, it just doesn't seem to work.
Anyone had a similar experience?
