 Problems with ADO Data Control connecting to a Password Protected MDB

Here is my problem.

I have a Password Protected Microsoft database which I am able to connect up
to using DAO. However, when I try connecting up to the database using an ADO
data control I get the following error:
"Error 3031 - Not a valid password"

This is the ConnectionString I use for the ADO Datacontrol

adoControl.ConnectionString = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.3.51;" & _
                              "Persist Security Info=False;" & _
                              "Data Source=" & DBName & _
                              ";PWD=" & PWD
                              ";UID=" & UID

where DBName is "D:\MyData.mdb"
where PWD is "MyPassword"
where UID is "Admin"

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
