Time data type in Crystal Reports

I am using an Access 97 Database which has a field within one of it's tables
as a date/time data type. It actually represents a time. When I try to use
it within a report using Crystal Reports 4.6.1 it wants to treat this as
only a date!

How can I display it as the time, which is what it actually represents?

Michael.

Hi,
One easy work around would be storing time in your accesss database
as text rather than Date/Time. Hope this helps.

Michael,

Right-Click on the offending field. Choose Format and then change the
display options in the resulting dialog.

Time data type in Crystal Reports
Hi ..

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately I cannot get this to do what I want.

Depending on my Report Options (Convert Date-Time to Date) this does
different things:

If I have this option on, I can format the field as different dates (i.e.
play around with the dd/mm/yyyy).
If this option is off, all I get is a format string dialog, which does not
allow me to show this as a time only.

Any other ideas?
This is a real pain .. because what I want to do does not seem too hard (or
obscure!).

Thanks,
Michael.
