Give me the exact text of the error and I can probably help you out.
Also, if you have more than one version of Crystal on your machine,
that could be part of your problem. I am finding that most people who
get VB4 also have VB3 which comes with Crystal V.2. During
installation, Crystal prompts them that another version of Crystal has
been found; do you want to overwrite. Most people say no. They should
say yes. You can't have more than one version of Crystal on your
machine at one time; you'll get a DLL fight and multiple errors.
