 Visual Basic vs Visual FoxPro

I have developed a system in FoxPro2.5 For DOS.
I need some advice as to whether we should move the system to VFoxPro or
VB.
We run a Novell network with 10-20 PCs running Win3.1 and Win95.

1) How stable is Visual Basic 5.0 and Win95.
2) Any horror stories with VB on a network that I should be aware of.
3) Does accessing FoxPro database instead of  MSAccess database slow
things down significantly?

Thanks for reading and for any help you can give.

The hardest part is learning the OO environment regardless of language. VB
is not so different from Foxpro from a language point of view. VB has more
chance of not being dropped as VFox nearly was a couple of years ago, and
that would make up my mind.
