 Convert Access 7.0 table/data to text

Need some code examples (or a program) on how to convert Access 7.0
table/data to text in order to read it back to another table later on.

Where can I get it ?

Jens,
Try an export to delimited or fixed width. The documentation has info on how
to do this.
