1)You don't have Oracle SQL*Net.
2)You don't have Oracle Require Support Files(Called the RSF, this collection
of files contains the Oracle Client libs which your ODBC driver will be
linked to).
If you do have #1 and #2, then you may not have the right Client libs. Oracle
changes the names from release to release(ORA71NT.DLL to ORA72.DLL). If you
are on Win95, then the first client DLL was ORA72.DLL, but most apps linked
against the older ORA71NT.dLL for NT and then they won't work since Oracle
doesn't ship old NT dlls on 95.
Chekc with the ODBC vendor to see if they've upgraded to, at least Oracle7.2
