The file is located in ftp.ccmail.com/pub/com/ccmail/dev_tools/vimvbwrp.zip
This is a wrapper for both the SIM.DLL and VIM.DLL. You may want to download
the the VIM Specs to. There are no examples and it is pretty criptic.
