When I double click on the RecordSource box all I get is
Incompatoble database version.

Can someone please help find the solution to this problem

You are probably trying to use an Access v2.0 database.   You need
the compatability layer which you should be able at microsoft's ftp
site.   The name of the file is comlyr.exe.--

You can get information from Microsoft Knowledge Base.
www.microsoft.com or go msl on Compuserve.

I got them from the Access Developement Toolkit.
