 MDB and rpts in OS/2 server while programs in Windows 3.1 workstation

hi,
     I'm developing a database program to be use in network with an
OS/2 Server and Workstations running Windows 3.1. It is possible for
me to put my MDB and rpt files in the server and access them from the
workstations? If file locking possible?

I'm using VB 4.0 16 bit.

I would appreciate any advice.
