 Problems installing ODBC Driver Pack for VB4

I'm trying to install ODBC Driver Pack for VB4, but get the
error message:

  Compliance Error in odbckey.inf from odbcstf.dll!

What can be wrong? I'm running NT3.51 with SP2.

Please help!!!
