Can the animation needed to turn a simple circle be done in
VB ?  I have a hard time finding an answer to that.....

See, I need several turn-buttons like that. They all need to
change database fields, and they need to contain values on them (if
it is possible) like.... for instance- a volume button from 1 to 10
etc...
