 Books on using Access Personal Web Server and Visual Basic

I'm on a project which requires the use of microsoft
Personal Web Server, Access and Visual Basic.  So, I
wonder if anyone out there has any recommendations for
books which give examples of building web based
applications using these tools.

i dont recommend using PWS for a web-based application, unless its a
small-scale project (like a personal project)
