Changing Database with Crystal Reports 2.0

I have a collection of reports generated with Crystal Reports 2.0 (the
one that ships with vb 3.0 pro) that were originally designed to read
data from .dbf files.  I've since converted to the access (mdb) format,
and have been trying to find a way to convert the old reports from
the dbf to mdb.

The table structures are identical.  Is there anyway I can tell the
old reports to start looking at the .mdb file instead of the dbf file?
