I have been using the 16-bit version of SQL*Net (versions 1 and 2 coexisting)
since August with no problems.
I am still waiting for a 32-bit version of SQL*Net so I can use the
Office 95 applications with ODBC to access our Oracle databases.
I am using TCP/IP as my transport for the 16-bit SQL*Net.
The key is to choose the "TCP/IP vendor" as "Microsoft Windows NT TCP/IP 3.1,
3.5", since the Winsock implementation on Windows 95 is 32-bit.
