You could use Access 95 (7.0); just import your fox pro tables into Access, then get the Access 95 Upsizing Wizard from Microsoft and upsize away. (note: if your tables are populated with a lot of data 25mg or higher, you will be better off just to upsize the table structure then use SQL Server's bcp utility to import your data).
