 Crystal Reports 8.5 Parameter Fields

Anybody know the best way to pass in the desired value to a ParameterField
for a Crystal Reports 8.5 report?

The documentation does not appear to be adequate, as I am not getting the
same interface exposed by the report objects that are discussed in the
documentation.  I am getting the interface, it just isn't the same as the
examples in the docs.

Thanks in advance.

 Crystal Reports 8.5 Parameter Fields
I have a report created with Crystal report 8.5 with one range values
parameter. My question is: How can I pass the start value of the range
and the end value from Visual Basic if I am using a crystal report
control? I know the syntax
crptReport.ParameterFields(0)="Broker;TR04;true" if is discrete values
parameter. Please help me to find the solution.
