By using RDO TEST program which is downloaded as a free-software from MS
homepage, we tried to connect to Oracle7 WGS for NT through ODBC and to
select a record from a table.

It causes the errors "Driver not capable." or "Driver does not support
this function." at any combination of rdoEnvironment.CursorType,  
rdoConnection.Type and so on.

If you have the same problem, would you please advise us.

This article may answer your question.

The odbc drivers from oracle are not written to the odbc 2.0 specification
and will not work with RDO.  I've tested 3 other drivers, visigenic (they
have a new driver that will work with win95, don't even bother with the
version that comes with vb), intersolv, and openlink.

The intersolv and openlink drivers work the best.  Visigenic now works
better, but performance is much slower than the other two.
