Please help, I have two problems that are holding me back at present.

Firstly I want to be able to bring in to a VB 4.0 pro application the
Novell Netware 3x username so that it can be stored and tracked in my
application.

Secondly I want to be able to detect whether the program is running with
the same user elsewhere on the network, and if so reject a second log
in.   I have thought about having an 'IN USE' field in my database but
have to be sure that it clears when the user crashes out.

If anyone can help with this I would be very greatful as it is something
I need to include in a current project.
