I'm searching for a toolkit or add-on from a third party to help me create
an ad-hoc query tool.  Anyone know where I can purchase one?

Basically I'm looking for something that will help me connect to a RDBMS,
allow me to submit queries, and recieve the results and handle all the error
checking.  It needs to be able use ODBC drivers so I can connect to any of
the major RDBMS's (i.e., DB2, Oracle, SQL Server).

Any ideas would be appreciated.
