I encountered the same error, the solution is buried somewhere in the
documentation.
The fix, in my case anyway was to set the ReportSource property of the
report control to Report File.
Also make sure all the properties for the report control are correct, as
the documentation (sorry don't remember where) says that some of the
properties aren't converted properly from 3->4.
