I am unable to get passthrough working with 16 Bit VB4 and Oracle.
At first I thought that I was doing something wrong in code, but even
using VISDATA, I am unable to perform even the simplest passthrough
query.  If I open up VISDATA and select passthrough, the SQL query

select * from projects;

fails with an error 3146 - ODBC call failed.

I think my ODBC is correctly configured because all non-passthrough
access works fine.

Any suggestions?
