.RTF file vs. Ole Field ( Access 2000 ) - Insertion

VB 6 - Access 2000 - DAO 3.6

Simple question :
How to save a .RTF file in a Access Field ?
( must be saved into database as Word Document )

I can copy the file and paste it into the the
field -  How to do it with code ?

I've been searching for a week now ...

        I'm losing faith ...
                Help me ...  please ...
                        Mayday ...
