 Best third party database engine

Hi, I'm looking for third party database engine to use in my
application.  I don't want to use the JET engine,  so, do anyone
here knows of any good engines I can use?  Thanks in advance.

Try using a product called Artemis4, from Luxent Software, This product
is cheap and gived you access to DBF type file, formats. The CDX index
drivers (Same as Foxpro) are very fast.

I recommend Sybase SQL Anywhere.  It is very robust, highly efficient, easy to administer, and has
an excellent implementation of SQL.

Disclaimer: I don't work for Sybase, but I do provide support in the Sybase SQL Anywhere newsgroups.
