The fields in the recordset are empty and surpress blank lines does not work. How can I prevent the ugly blank spaces from printing on the report?

What version of Crystal are you using? You are supposed to be able to suppress blank lines in the older versions by telling Crystal to do so. The newer versions (5.0+) can have formulas which can be used to hide things.

Hi you can surpress blank lines, but not on memo fields, at least it's not working for me. Any other suggestions. Will it work if I have Crystal 6.0? I'm getting it tomorrow.
