
Intersolv ODBC with Ingres 6.4/04

Hi Jason
The problem you are having is probably caused by INGRES/NET and not by
ODBC. INGRES/NET uses a 'Blocking' Connection i.e. one that causes your
PC to become 'Frozen' whilst a query is being processed.
One solution you could try is using the 32bit INGRES/NET that should be
available by now (with Windows 95). I'm not sure if this fixes the
problem or how it works with the Intersolv 16/32bit NT drivers but it
is worth a try.
