 DB Protection in VB

Does anyone know a good way to password protect an Access-database in
Visual Basic; to my knowledge you can only protect it using Microsfot
Access and you can skip this protection by using another SYSTEM.MDA;

do I really have to write my own protection rutine ???

Please say that I dont have to !!!!

See article Q105990 in the VB Knowledge Base.

Security can only be set and modified using Access.

You can make a DB secure by deleting all all access from Admin, Guest, and
other predefined user types. Changing the System.MDA doesn't get you access
to a databse once this is done.
