
16bit ODBC in VB4.0 (32bit)
No, you can't. You will get a run-time error that the "ODBC
connection to <database name> failed". In fact, you can't even
administer the 16-bit data sources from the 32-bit admin program,
although you can admin the 32-bit sources from the 16-bit admin
program.
