 Running Multiple VB4 32-bit Exes under Win95

Pardon me if this has been mentioned before, but has anyone had
the following problem:

Win95 client
Run one VB4/32 EXE
Run second VB4/32 EXE

As soon as you switch focus from the second VB4 EXE to the first,
any keystrokes that you make in the first VB4 EXE program will cause
Win95 to crash hard - GPF and the machine must be powered down/powered on
to restart it.

If you are aware of anything related to running multiple VB4
32-bit exe's under Win95, please share your insight.

Actually, I have more info available on this problem:

- Create a 32-bit EXE with the following:
        Text box
New Win95 common control "Status bar", with one of the 'panes'
set as either a caps-lock or num-lock key indicator

- Create a 2nd 32-bit EXE with the same controls.

- Run the first EXE (as an EXE, not from within VB).
- Run the second EXE.  As soon as you switch back to the first EXE,
any keystroke causes a fatal Win95 error.

Again, if you have any insight as to a workaround, (short of not
using Caps Lock / Num Lock indicator), please reply.
