 Can't open MS ACCESS 2.0 databases with VB 3.0 Pro

I just changed from Access 1.1 to Access 2.0 but I encouter the problem
of working with VB. When I try to open an database file the following
message appears :
        Imcompatible database version

What can I do about it?

You need the Visual Basic Compatibility Layer, which is available from
the following sources:

    - CompuServe
         GO MSL
         Search for COMLYR.EXE
         Display results and download

    - Microsoft Download Service (MSDL)
         Dial (206) 936-6735 to connect to MSDL
         Download COMLYR.EXE

    - Internet (anonymous FTP)
         ftp ftp.microsoft.com
         Change to the \softlib\mslfiles directory
         Get COMLYR.EXE
